MEXICO EARTHQUAKE APPEAL

A powerful earthquake hit Mexico on 19 September 2017. The quake struck near the capital, Mexico City, and close to the border of Morelos and Puebla states.

Over 300 people were killed and dozens of buildings in the capital destroyed. Whenever a disaster strikes, the youngest are always the most vulnerable. An earthquake can have a deep impact on a child’s physical and emotional well-being.

World Vision is on the ground helping children and their communities as they rebuild their lives in the aftermath of the earthquake.
